   I installed WP today, and upon configuring all of the options and settings, I find that selecting 'categories' as the navigation display context results in the text 'no categories' in the navigation. I have created a few categories, and I am not sure why they fail to appear. Any suggestions?

   Do they have any published posts in them yet?
