Categories and WordPress address (URL) – only can see frontpage

    Hello.

    I have to problems:
    1. Categories: when I try to use new categories in my blog, WordPress crashes and only I can see frontpage.
    2. WordPress address (URL): when I try to change it, everything crashes like in point 1.
