   After upgrading to 3.0, the Categories and Post Tags boxes have changed positions under Add New Post. Post Tags used to be above Categories, but is now below. How can I get Post Tags back above Categories?

   Click and hold your mouse button down on the box heading (eg. categories) and drag the box where you want it.

   You can have them in whatever order you want by dragging and dropping them as appropriate.

   Thank you. I thought that's what I should be able to do, but have tried and they won't move. I even tried deactivating all plugins, but still can't get them to move.

   Just as an FYI, I am able to move the boxes in other blogs I have that I haven't taken to 3.0 yet.

   Try switching theme and see if the boxes then behave correctly (theme's can run any code a plugin can).
