   Whenever I click on a category, it directs to a certain post (Is Hulkamania a great or the greatest wrestler?).

   Also, when I change my settings so that my homepage is my latest post, this post decides is always the "latest" one...

   I need help fixing this issue.

   Probably it has to do with your themes/yourtheme/category.php template.
   Load the default theme and check if it does the same thing.

   There is no Category.php
