   Ok, I know it should be possible what I want with wordpress and I think it can be done with categories, I read quite a lot about it, but I am still lost.

   I have three pages (home, concepts and about). Now whenever I write a post all show up under the home page. How can I write a post that will only show up under the 'concepts' page?

   Use posts, not Pages. You want to have a category for "concepts". I'm guessing you want your main category to be called that, so change the "Uncategorized" category to "concepts". Then when you post, it'll select that category by default.
