Hi all, new to using WP as a cms and had a question. I am working on my portfolio site and have a portfolio page with work entries containing a link image, a header, some text, and two list items. Because I wanted to be able to quickly add entries, I created the page as a category page, category-portfolio.php. You can see the page here.
My question is this: I used quite a bit of html within the text editor itself when creating each post, because I needed those hooks in order to be able to style that content. Here's what I used within the text editor:
My issue is, how am I going to expect a client to deal with that html code? I tried just putting in the text, list-items and image for each post, but it doesn't allow enough hooks to be able to float the html blocks how they need to be floated. Would the client just cut and paste that code for each post? It seems there must be an easier way to do this...do you often use html tags within the text editor itself for posts other than just text posts? Is there an easier way to go about this?
