My website http://www.salmonfishingnow.com/category/salmon-news/ is having the header slide down the page with a background of the text on the page. How should I fix this?

There's an error in your archive.php I think. It's hard for me to see right now where that error is.
Can you go to http://pastebin.com/
and paste the code from your archive. I think that you're missing a div.You could also compare the index.php and archive.php, the code should be fairly similar.
