Catagory archive listings

    I’m very new to wordpress. I just switched over from movabletype. For the most part, I’ve been able to tweak my theme pretty close to my old mt layout. But I still have three questions. (And I’m sorry if they’ve been addressed here before, I did a search and couldn’t find anything.)

    1. How can I list my archives with only the title and date with a link to the entry instead of excerpts?

    2. I have it set to display three posts on the main page. How can I get my catagory pages to display all titles in the catagory?

    3. And finally, how can I put the catagory description on the catagory pages?

    OK. I solved questions 1 and 3 by creating a category.php file but I still can’t find the code to display all posts in the category instead of three. I like having only three posts on my front page, but I want all posts listed on my category pages.

    Any ideas?

    I figured it all out. In case someone has the same questions, heres what I did…

    I had to create a category.php page
    I edited it to show category title, category description then post title (with perma link) and post date. You can see a category page here…

    For the posts per page, I used this plugin…
    http://rephrase.net/miscellany/05/perpage.phps
    And it did exactly what I wanted
