    This is a wonderful customer service application….very intuitive and great usability! And the best it is for free (first user) 🙂

    My workload went down and the online conversion rate went up through better customer interaction.

    1) Took me 3 minutes to create an account at casengo
    2) To get started was very easy and intuitive.
    3) The combination of email, live chat and social media support is powerful

    Have used many different live chat services…Desk.com, Clickdesk, UserVoice….. Casengo is for me the best.
