Case sensitivity

    What is the best way to deal with case sensitivity in WordPress? I host websites for clients and I have one client who is concerned that when their website viewers type in their website in all lower case it goes directly to the site, but if typed in all caps there is an error.
    example: casesensitive.com (works fine), CASESENSITIVE.COM (404 error)

    I tried to upload a mod rewrite in the .htaccess panel in hostgator, and shut the whole site down! Hah! Then I found that it was not working for wordpress anyways, should have done my homework on that one. Does anyone have any ideas or still fighting with this?
