Case sensitive

Hi,
Really like the plugin. Functionality is great and it works simple. Too bad it is case sensitive so you have to make several mappings for a website.

For example if you have a website named: mywebsite.com you have to make four mappings:
mywebsite.com
http://www.mywebsite.com
MYWEBSITE.COM
http://WWW.MYWEBSITE.COM

I reported it on github but didn’t get a response on it. Too bad, because otherwise the plugin works brilliantly.
