    Hi,

    The cart is still in my menu and won't go away after the plugin has been disabled then deleted...

    Please advise.

    Hey there,

    Could you post your url here? You might need to do a force refresh, or try opening it another browser.

    I have tried it in other browsers and reset cache / browsers.

    When I disable woocommerce the menu cart goes away (but so does WC)!

    I can't publish URL unfortunately, anything I can try on the backend?

    Thanks

    I'm not sure what to tell you. If the plugin is uninstalled it shouldn't be able to show up because the script that makes it appear no longer exists. Are you using a theme by Woothemes? Often they include a cart by default. On some of their themes it looks very much like this plugin.

    Also, I'm assuming you don't like the plugin for some reason. If you don't mind my asking, is there anything that would have made you want to keep it? What could be done better?

    Yes, I am using canvas 5.0.5 - I can't find where they would have a cart in my theme.

    I don't dislike the plugin - I love it! I just have to debug some plugin issues and had to turn it off to rule out it being a problem... but then I noticed there was an issue with it hanging around - so then I tried to debug that by deleting the plugin and it's still there!

    Yep, that's the problem. The canvas icon looks almost exactly the same as ours try adding the following to your custom css:

    #navigation .cart {
        display: none;
    }

    Also, glad to hear you love the plugin. But, do be sure to let us know if you have any suggestions to make it better.

    That did it. I'm on canvas 5.1.6

    So - was there a button I enabled somewhere in canvas or woocommerce that brought this on - it seemed pretty random - I can't remember enabling it.

    It also appeared in the right hand corner of the navigation, on it's on line in the menu which was weird also...

    But now your custom CSS has fixed it. Any thoughts / background info would be helpful though.

    Anyway - I enabled and disabled the cart and your plugin works accordingly now. Very cool.

    Please advise.

    Thanks!

    Awesome, glad that worked! Most WooThemes show a shopping cart by default when WooCommerce is enabled. I personally don't have that theme (I just pulled the css from the demo) so I have no idea what options are available on the backend. It could be worth contacting WooThemes and asking if there's a way to disable it since you're planning on using this plugin. Also, if you're interested in getting the extended features the pro upgrade is on sale right now for only $14.95. ;)
