Hi

I have installed the plugin, activated it in wordpress.com and it is definitely installed as the media setting just added a new option (background colour). However, the photos are not popping up in lightbox style:

Hi, I had a problem with my slideshow gallery, and it happened that the ‘Shortcode Embeds’ option in Jetpack board was off. When I turned it on, it worked fine, maybe it has something to do with that?

The problem seems to be linked to your theme: it includes an extension called “Cleaner gallery” that disables Jetpack Carousel.

To solve the issue, could you try to install this small plugin? It will deactivate the Cleaner Gallery extension:
