if you dont already have firefox then download that, there search for the web developer tool bar. that will allow you to see the css of web pages.
just copy and paste the html before the header tag ends, then insert the nav bar css into the wp-css file
i just deleted the blocks behind the css and used the text only because i dont know how to format the css on my own.
