    Hi!

    We are a membership organisation and post out a welcome pack to new members, who currently join via a PHP powered website that also captures the new users address and telephone number.

    I’ve been looking at this plugin and it does everything we need it to, but I can’t see as it’s possible to get new users to enter their address and telephone number during the signup process.

    Is this something that’s possible and I’ve just not found the settings?

    Hi @webbnos,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Currently the only possibility to achieve this is with BuddyPress, as membership uses it’s own registration process, if BuddyPress isn’t being used. You can use BuddyPress profile fields after installing BuddyPress to add address and telephone number fields on the membership signup form.
