• Captcha code box is too small for the person to enter the text in. The captcha code is two characters in length and the actual captcha is 4 characters. So when the person types in the captcha they will only see two out of four characters. How do I make the box bigger?

Running “family” theme which is a child theme of omega. WordPress 3.9.2. Thanks!

  • Hi mfinamore can you share your URL.

    Thank you

I’ve also noticed this problem (WordPress 3.9.2, Gridiculous Pro theme) – I just enabled Captcha this morning.

Also, is there any way to customize the Captcha instructions (i.e., to add a basic “type the characters into the box below” message)?

Hi @vapspwi try the following URL.

In regards to the captcha instructions read the following URL. Check the following option HTML after form field….add your instructions in this field. Make sure you apply this to the correct field.

    Kind regards

Awesome, looks promising – I’ll give it a shot. (I actually switched over to give Akismet a try for now, but I’ll keep this in my back pocket.) Thanks!
