I'm using Templatic's Real Estate theme. So far, I haven't been able to keep anything I write on the front end. Contact form, mailchimp widget and the theme's submit property form will let me write stuff, but then nothing happens. I don't receive email notifications, no one is added to my mailchimp list and the property isn't submitted. What am I missing?

As this is a commercial theme, we cannot really help. You need to seek support from the theme vendors.

That is strange, I have the templatic real estate theme that I added to my apartment search wordpress site. Works great, and I think that the front end functionality is what drew me to the theme in the first place. I paid a few hundred to someone to customize the site a bit differently, but I think the site is set up pretty well from the beginning.
