I get a 404 when trying to access:
http://www.digitalscrapbookinghq.com/wp-admin/upload.php?page=upload.php
I can still access the media library from the New Post/Page and by clicking on add image.
I've tried disabling all my plugins to no avail.
This problem has been occuring for a while, and another site with the same plugins is not having this issues.
Any help would be much appreciated

Help anyone? Upgraded WordPress and still no love :(
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
