Can't view "handy guide" page

(Problem solved, within SECONDS of posting this, despite trying repeatedly over the last four days. Page now loads faultlessly.)

Has part of the WordPress.org site broken? Months ago I looked at the “handy guide” and was tempted. But for the last few days the page won’t load (http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress). I’ve tried different browsers and computers, no improvement.
