can't upload Sabuy theme

    I have tried repeatedly, but can not upload Sabuy… it gets to where it looks like it is done uploading the theme and then stops andd nothing is uploaded. Is this because I have another theme already loaded and active? It has never been a problem to switch themes before (other than I loose some content/text). Help…

    Since there have been zero responses to my inquiry, I may as well ask another question. Yesterday I purchased Sabuy, a peerapong theme from Themeforest… the say that help is available 24 hours a day… which apparently is meaningless.
