   I am currently using theme Twenty 10 an want to replace it with Swift. When I try to install it via install theme tab I get an error message
   "Username/Password incorrect". Using the same credentials in my ftp client I have no problem logging on. Any ideas please?

   Have you tried contacting your hosts?

   What should I ask them? All logins to various websites using more than 1 ftp client work fine

   If you can log in on server using ftp then download the theme unzip on your computer and upload the theme in wp-content/themes and activate in your admin panel.
