I have two editors on my Mac which I use for creating blog entries. One is MarsEdit and the other is TextMate.
They work very well except if I try to upload an image. With each I get the following message when I try to do this:
Upload File Error
Can't do upload for Patrick James because the server reported an error. The server returned an unexpected response code: 403
Uploading images using the WordPress blog software is absolutely fine but I'd much rather be able to do it when I write the posts on my computer.
I've done a bit of searching of this forum but so far I haven't seen this problem mentioned.
