Every time I try to upload an image, it doesn't save it. I've noticed it doesn't create the folder that it's trying to put the image in either i.e. wpcontent/uploads/2011/09. I thought maybe this was a file permissions issue, but I added everyone will full control and it still cannot upload an image. This is hosted on a windows server. Any ideas?

does it give any error that the file size is to big?

No, everything acts like it works just fine, but the file does not get uploaded. The image is only 7K anyways.
