Can't upload files wo wordpress site

    Hey all,
    My developer has built me an additional wordpress site, but, despite converting the files into HTML etc they still won’t upload.

    WordPress support are basically saying I will have to pay their developers, at a rate of $30 per hour and they’ll bill me afterwards.

    I just want them to upload the files, not charge me for potentially unlimited ”hours”. Besides, I’ve already paid my own developer to do all of the work, we just need their help to upload.

    Anyone have any idea on what I can do? really reaching the end of my tether here……Thanks in advance

    What do you mean converting files to HTML? WordPress does not use .html files. What WordPress support? There is no paid WordPress support here, nor any developers who are getting paid. I

    Where is your WordPress site hosted?
