Can't Upgrade Barthelme Theme

I am trying to update the Barthelme 1.1 theme to the 4.6.1 version. I get the following error messages:

Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Can you assist? I really like this theme.
