Take three deep breaths then:

Page down to the "Manual Update" read carefully and make notes before starting. There is also a link to the Extended Instructions if you want more information.
I had to do a manual upgrade a few days ago - not too hard but a bit tough always on the nerves as I need to delete some things, but only specific directories.
