   When I try to update to 3.2 I keep getting the following error message:

   Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3934428 bytes) in /home/summit/public_html/blog/wp-includes/class-http.php on line 1426

   What do I need to do please?

   See if deactivating all plugins allows you to do the upgrade.

   i have the same problem.
   i even delete all plugin.
   still dont work.

   I've deactivated all plugins (not that I had much) but it still doesn't work???

   If necessary, try the manual upgrade process as described in Upgrading WordPress Extended.
