Can't update the plugin

    After it spins for a long time, I get the following when trying to update the plugin:

    The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

    An error occurred while updating NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Disabling Maintenance mode…

    @scrltotara – You may need to update manually via FTP. Simply download the latest version of the plugin; un-zip the archive, then manually FTP the files to your installation over-writing all files/folders in the current installation.
