Can't update settings page

    Hi,
    I have installed WordPress in to kungfu-uk.co.uk/Wordpress/ folder and built the site in the back ground. Now I have tried to make it live none of the menu items work , I just get page not found and each time I check the settings > general page I see the site URL is set to kungfu-uk.co.uk/Wordpress/. If I delete the WordPress then log off and back in the WordPress is back.

    Can I have all my WordPress files installed in kungfu-uk.co.uk/Wordpress/ but the perms links set as kungfu-uk.co.uk/about, kungfu-uk.co.uk/contacts-us. Etc?

    I have followed guides on editing the .htaccess but nothing seems to happen.

    Help.

    This sounds like it may be an .htaccess problem. The issue might be your hosting provider. For instance on Godaddy, the .htaccess gets refreshed like every hour, so it can take a long time for changes to take effect. You might look into your provider’s policy on this.

    I have left this over night and still not working. GGRRR

    I am not sure on what o add in the .htaccess file.
