   I have portrait images that are being auto cropped - top & bottom. Here's what I've done to try and fix.

   - I've gone to Dashboard, Settings, Media and unchecked "crop thumbnail to exact dimensions".
   - I've installed the Scissors plug-in and checked adaptive mode for small, medium and large images.
   - I've deleted the images and reimported after each attempted fix listed above
   - I've emptied the browser cache

   Any help would be appreciated.

   How long ago did you empty your browser cache? You could be pulling content from your ISP's cache rather than the freshly updated images. It might be worth waiting for a couple of hours, emptying your cache and trying the pages again.

   Thanks for the feedback. I tried again today, but it didn't work.
