Can't tab through drop-down navigation menu

    I am using a child for the Blaskan theme on my site at http://stc-access.org I was testing tabbing on the page and discovered that I can’t tab through the drop-down menu items. It only goes across the navigation links at the top but doesn’t open the drop-downs to tab through them.

    What do I need to do to get tabbing to work in the navigation menu?
