Cant submit post (There was an error)

    Hi There,

    We’re experiencing an issue with User Submitted Post,
    no matter what we do (image or no image) the post doesnt submit instead it says:” There was an error. Please ensure that you have added a title, content, and that you have uploaded an image of size 570 x 300.”

    The error message is exactly what we have stated as error. at this point we have taken over from another team so we dont know the plugin well yet.

    Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

    I should also mention that we have launched the website about a month back. It was initially working fine but now it doesnt allow the user to submit a story.

    It sounds like there may be some interference from another script or plugin (or the theme).. normally the plugin works great, and there’s a new version of the plugin (20131107) that works better than ever before.
