   I'm very much sure someone is messing up with my admin login

   Well i was just logged out of my word press blog and i was trying to login i got an error saying

   ERROR: This account has been locked because of too many failed login attempts. You may try again in 20 hours.

   I want to access my account now what should i do to login again and please suggest some tips for me in order my account to be safe

   Do you have this plugin, theme my login plugin.

   In any event, using ftp or signing in at your hosted account, rename the plugins folder, and you should be able to login.

   yes i have that plugin

   Should i rename the the folder where theme my login is or the whole plugin folder name ?

   Just rename the plugin.

   but if i reactivate that plugin the same problem

   That plugin is not compatible with 3.2 yet.

   Leaving it in the plugin folder, not activated, you should get an update notice in you dashboard when the author updates it.
