Can't set up header

Is there any step by step guide how to get prestashop header in my wordpress, I think I am doing something wrong. I tried to use different themes including blank theme but every time I try to place top header widget I am not getting correct result, Basically my header miss graphic.
I would be totally happy with header only if I could make it work.
