I am using this code, but it doesn't seem to be changing the height of the chat window. Is there a different code I should be using? We would like to see more of the chat without scrolling. Is there also a way to default the view to start at the bottom of the chat window so that you don't have to scroll down?
[chat id="14" width="442" height="600" ]

Hiya!
Does the code produce by the shortcode show those same width and height values?
There may be some CSS overwriting those. Use a tool like Firebug to check for that.

Hi, here is the code I'm seeing. Thanks for your help!
<div id="chat-box-14" class="chat-box" style="width: 442 !important; background-color: #ffffff; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12px;">
<div id="chat-wrap-14" class="chat-wrap avatar-enabled">
<div id="chat-area-14" class="chat-area" style="height: 900 !important;">
</div>
<div class="chat-note">
<form id="send-message-area">
<div class="chat-clear"></div>
</div>

Okay, thanks. So that says the height and width attributes are being set properly, which is good.
Could I get a link to your site? There must be some CSS elsewhere interfering and I need to look at your site to find it...

Sure, use the contact form at http://premium.wpmudev.org/contact, stating it's for me in the subject and with a link to this thread so I know what it's about :)

Well we found out that our shared hosting doesn't allow chat applications. So we need to find a hosted chat option. Thanks for your responses! :)
