Can't send newsletter

    I cannot send a newsletter. I figured out finally how to create one, and I presume you check the box next to the newsletter you want to send and then hit Trigger the Delivery Engine – but I’m not sure.

    I went into diagnostics and put an email address in there and it sent the three test newsletter emails no problem.

    I really don’t understand what I am doing wrong.

    I got it to work – when you are still in the editing newsletter window – at the top their are a few options: save, save and test, send, save and switch to HTML source editor – click SEND.

    THEN go to Newsletters and Trigger the delivery engine.

    You don’t need to trigger the delivery engine if you setup a cron call as described on my site (www.satollo.net) on the delivery engine chapter.
