   I filled out all fields, but still wasn't able to send a feedback in my trial. I keeps reminding me to input data to the fields. Which I did.

   Did you experience that on your own installation or on my demo site?

   I migrated to a new hosting yesterday, and had several issues (including ajax errors). That may be the cause. All is fixed and stable now.
