can't select a Facebook Page to publish to using Facebook for WordPress plugin

    I am running WordPress in network mode.

    I just installed the Facebook plugin for WordPress.

    I successfully connected my WordPress user account with my Facebook account.

    I successfully configured 1 of my network sites to publish to one of my Facebook pages.

    In a different network site, there are no Facebook pages to select from, under “Publish to a page”
