What Theme are you having problems with? Link to that theme please.
Did you upload all the files for that Theme?
Can you change theme back to WordPress Default 1.6 and have your site appear correcly?
The theme I am using is Purpling-10 http://themes.wordpress.net/other/right-sidebar/2882/purpling-10/
I can not seem to change it back to the Default and I am not sure why.
I uploaded the theme and unzipped it but when I go to my Dashboard it says the Style sheet is missing.
This is what the Dashboard says:

All of this theme’s files are located in .
Available Themes
Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
Name Description
Stylesheet is missing.
So you don't even see the WordPress Default 1.6 theme?
That means your wp-content/themes/default folder is gone or you need to fix the permissions. Might try changing the permissions on wp-content, wp-content/themes, wp-content/themes/default, and wp-content/themes/purpling-10 to 777.
Well I deleted the themes file and uploaded it again. Now the theme is working but it wont let me change anything like the web site name, tag line ect.
Ok so I am still having trouble making templates work for me.
Go via ftp, and chmod the entire themes directory (and all files in it) to 777
Ok and my other question that I posted on the "editing themes" post. HOw and where do I edit a theme. I want to remove the google bar and the adsense portions. Anywhere I can go to specific help on how to do this?
Might want to review Templates and Stepping into Templates.
