I go to the profile.
Write up the text for About Me.
Then 'enter' for revised profile.
Is that it?
Does not come up on the About page

That could depend on what theme you are using.
So themes you have to edit one of the theme's template files.
Please provide a link to where you got the theme and/or a link to your site.
