Can't see widgets or menu

I am unable to see either the widgets I have added or the menu I created. Not Sure what I am doing wrong. The page looks great, but it is only the blog title and the posts below that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi Michael – it would be easier to help if I can see your site, would you mind providing the link if it’s online?
Singl’s menu and widgets are in an area at the bottom of the page that you can toggle open by clicking the down arrow.
