can't see thumbnail and how to change the picture displayed in thumbnail

    Hi, I’ve downloaded Sixteen and it has been installed, but I don’t know how to use the thumbnail. Now I just see black thumbnail. I wanna know how to upload pictures to be displayed as thumbnail
