Can"t see the header image

Hi (:
I have just moved my first wp site from my pc to live server.
But i don’t see the header image neither the menu.
In the dashboard i choose: Appearance -> header-> select image ->choose from media library: ->show -> set as header ->skip cropping ->then i get the message: “Header updated. Visit your site to see how it looks.”
Then i go to my site, refresh it- and nothing!

If it give some clue of what’s going on – i also can’t see other uploaded images. (i put one in the footer & it’s the same story).
