can’t see plugins

    I upgraded my wp to 2.7.1 and afterwards my plugin admin panel disappeared and was replaced by this error msg.:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare uninstall_plugin() (previously declared in /home/MYNAME/public_html/MY SITE/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php:509) in /home/MY NAME/public_html/MYSITE/wp-content/plugins/pluginstaller/uninstall.php on line 89

    Does anyone have a fix for this?
