I am using WordPress for http://www.jongoings.com, but I can't see my menu. I know I have a "Portfolio" tab and a "Contact" tab, but the only way to go there is to type in the URL, such as http://www.jongoings.com/portfolio. What setting am I not finding here, or which plug-in must I disable?

I'm using Akismet, Contact Form 7, Easy Admin Colour Schemes, Fluency Admin, Google XML Sitemaps, GRAND Flash Album Gallery, Jetpack by WordPress.com, My Brand Login, Ozh' Admin Drop Down Menu, and Qwerty Admin Panel Theme.

Also, am I using more plug-ins than are recommended, effectively slowing me down? Definitely want a fast site not bogged down by user-efficiency, kinda counter-productive. Any simply plug-ins you'd recommend instead? I know no coding whatsoever, so it would help f any necessary changes were explained very thoroughly

It's probably a theme setting. It may not permit sidebars on the front page.
