Can’t see main page after moving to a new directory

I thought I followed all the directions, but now when I go to the blog page, I get a GPL document (GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE Version 2, June 1991 Copyright (C) 1989, 1991 Free Software Foundation, Inc …), no blog!

I can still go in and administer the blog, but not sure what to do ???

The old blog still works somehow, and is at http://www.centralcatholichigh.org/blog. The new one, that doesn’t, is at http://www.centralcatholichigh.org/studentweb.
