Can’t see blog because of failed stream

    Right now on my site, I see

    Warning: main(./dcdoptimized/wp-blog-header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/d/c/d/dcdoptimized/html/index.php on line 5

    And I do not know what I am doing wrong so if someone could help me I WOULD REALLY BE THANKFUL!
