After writing a post and clicking "save" I am returned to the blog page (instead of staying in admin) and the post isn't saved. Same thing if I click "publish" -- sends me to the blog and the post isn't there. If I go to "manage posts" the post isn't listed there either.
Funny because I was just posting about 10 days ago (2009-05-11 was the latest post) and everything was working fine. I haven't changed anything since then.
Anybody else experiencing this? Any ideas?

Oh yeah one more thing: I can create new categories and add users, so I know I'm at least able to do some admin stuff.

I am experiencing this error for the past 2 weeks. Cant post anything new. Please any one...any resolution? Thanks

Yes, I am also in the same boat. Have not been able to post any blogs for the past 2 weeks, and haven't been able to get an answer anywhere how to resolve this :(

also the same problem. I noticed after upgrading to 2.7.1, but I don't know it it is related to the upgrade... I didn't use the blog for some time before

I also have the same problem, my last post was 17th May - have been unable to save a draft or publish anything since then. I haven't upgraded (and am reluctant to do so after reading here!) and am just stuck with no working blog and no answers. :(

I'm having the exact same problem. I've had my site host restore the program from a prior backup, but I still can't post anything and this is costing me money! I really wish someone at WordPress would DO something considering there is more than one forum thread dedicated to this problem.

It is possible that you folks, like quite a few others, have been hacked.
