Can't save plugin options, redirected to 404 template

I wanted to check the box to disabled minify for logged in users, but each time I attempt to save the plugin settings, I am redirected to

wp-admin/admin.php?page=w3tc_minify

which is actually the correct address, but instead of the options, it is displaying on the front-end with 404 template.
