Can't save in database

Hi, I have been working on integrating payoneer in wordpress.
Why is it that my plugin here http://pastebin.com/XnLLsjLd doesn’t save the informations after retrieving data’s from API payoneer website?.

I’ve tried to make a standalone php file to check whether i have any sql errors but this does work http://pastebin.com/MYJpEakR It saves informations after retrieving from API payoneer website. Any help will be appreciated. Many Thanks.
